Both Jeanine and Kristin commented on how fast this year hasgone by. Jeanine said this is the time of year that we love, and itseems that people don’t have any time. She said lately itseems that people just don’t have any time and asked Kristinwhat she thought. Kristin said she didn’t know and felt thateveryone is running in a rat race with no extra time. Jeanine said,like hamsters on a wheel.

Kristin asked Jeanine to kick off the holiday events happeningin December. Here is the list of the many December holiday eventsscheduled for this month in St. Cloud as well as HarmonyFlorida.

Jeanine said the first event will be the city of Saint Cloud FLtree lighting ceremony. Help us kick off the holidays with thisceremony. The tree lighting will be held in downtown St. Cloud inCentennial Park which starts at 5:00 PM. There will be musicalperformances, tree lighting, and visits with Santa. Downtown Saint Cloud FL Holiday Festival On December3^rd & 4th

The Saint Cloud Holiday Festival will be held downtown onDecember 3^rd & 4^th. This will be the44^th annual holiday festival and they are calling forcrafters, artists, and vendors. There will be free parking,festival food, and local dining. Kristin added that this is a greatopportunity to go out and have some fun and support the downtownbusinesses.

Jeanine said on Saturday, December 3^rd will beRocking Around The Christmas Tree, a downtown St. Cloud ChristmasParade. It starts at 10:00 AM right on New York Ave. Make sure tocome and enjoy the Christmas fun.

Kristin said on Sunday, December 4^th will be aclassic car show. This is for cars 79 and older. It will run from12 – 4 PM on New York Ave between 9^th &10^th Street right in front of City Hall. Prizes will beawarded at 3:00 pm on Sunday.

Jeanine added that on Sunday, December 4^th there willbe a Kid’s Holiday Fun Zone from 10 – 3 PM. There willbe craft-making and Santa visits. It is located on New York Ave onthe East side of the parking lot between 11^th &12^th Street. Children of all ages are welcome to showoff their talent. Craft chalk is available for a nominal purchase.Photos with Santa are available for a fee.

Winterfest Is Happening At The St. Cloud FL CivicCenter On December 9th

Kristin said “Winterfest” will take place on Friday,December 9^th from 6 – 9 PM. There will be tons ofwinter activities to enjoy including meeting Santa, a snow slide,holiday crafts, festive music, food vendors, and more. It will takeplace at the Saint Cloud Civic Center at 3001 17^thStreet in St. Cloud FL.

The next December holiday event is Saturday, December10^th from 11 – 4 PM. Christmas in the Cloud ishosted by Amazing Animals Inc. where you can meet Santa and MissesClaus. There will be food trucks, a petting zoo, an animalambassador, and community vendors. The address is 4235 Rambler Avein Saint Cloud.

Kristin added the next event on Saturday, December10^th the Women’s Club of Saint Cloud FL will behosting a Cabaret called “Do You See What I See, It’sThe Most Wonderful Time of The Year”. Come join us for thispremier of this wonderful Cabaret.

There will be light snacks, desserts, a hot chocolate bar, andyour favorite Christmas music that will be performed by some of themost talented performers in Central Florida. The first show will beon December 10^th at 7:00 PM. The doors open at 6:30 PM.The second show is on December 11^th at 3:00 PM showwhere the doors open at 2:30 PM. It is located at 1012Massachusetts Ave in St. Cloud FL.

Goat Cuddles And Holiday Movies Every Friday AndSaturday Night Throughout December

Jeanine has an interesting one for you, Goats and Movies. Thiswill happen every Friday and Saturday night in December. Come joinus for goat cuddles and holiday movies out on the farm. This is forall ages. Admission to the goat pasture starts at 5:15 pm. Bringyour own chairs and blankets and grab a comfy spot in the pasture.The movie will start 10-15 minutes after sunset. Tickets are $25for adults and $15 for kids. Children that are two and under arefree. The address is 2365 Abshire Rd in Saint Cloud.

Kristin announced the next event on December 10^th,11^th, 16^th, 17^th &18^th  where we Light Up The Park. Join us onceagain as we light up the park. There will be lights, games, food,and fun from 6- 9 PM at Peghorn Nature Park.   The costis $5 per person ages two and up. The address is 2101 Peghorn Wayin St. Cloud.

Tuesday, December 13^th from 8-9 AM breakfast with thepros. This will be a series of informational sessions to help growsmall businesses. These sessions will be held at the VFW Post onNew York Ave in St. Cloud Jeanine stated.

Kristin said on Wednesday, December 14^th from 5:30– 7:00 PM Saint Cloud historic walking tours are going tostart. The address is 903 Pennsylvania Ave in St. Cloud. Admissionis $10. This guided walking tour will take you back in time to theearly days of our city’s beginnings.

St. Cloud FL Monthly Market Is Back And Happening OnDecember 14th

Jeanine then added an event happening later that night onWednesday, December 14 the Ghost Tour in St. Cloud FL from 8– 9:30 PM. Admission is $20. The location is 903 PennsylvaniaAve.

Kristin then added the downtown St. Cloud FL Monthly Market onWednesday, December 14. She said it is so great to have it back andit will be so much fun around Christmas.

Jeanine then announced that Central Florida Interiors at 1200Georgia Ave presents the annual Young Entrepreneur on Sunday,December 18^th  from 1 – 5 PM. For moreinformation to sign up to be a vendor, text 407-744-8470.Entrepreneurs are ages 5 – 25.

Kristin added the following event which runs now through January1^st which is the Night of a Million Lights at Island H20Water Park. Come see the luminous displays, tree-lined pathways,tunnels of light, and maybe even a little snow. The address is 3230Inspiration Drive in Kissimmee, FL 34747. Tickets are $30 foradults and $15 for kids.

Jeanine said on Wednesday, December 21^st there willbe an adult movie matinee. The feature film is Four Christmasesstarring Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn. That wraps up theSaint Cloud FL holiday events for December 2022.

Harmony FL December Holiday Events 2022

Jeanine stated by announcing that on Friday, December9^th from 5:30 – 9:00 PM is Harmony’sWinterfest in Square. They will have snow slides, train rides,photos with Santa, smores, horse and carriage rides, face painting,photo booths, do-it-yourself art, Christmas caroling, food trucks,letters to Santa, holiday inflatables and so much more.

Friday, December 16^th starting at 6:30 PM will be adouble feature for Harmony Movie Night. The first movie will be“How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and then the movie“Elf” will air at 8:00 PM. It will be held in HarmonyTown Square. There will be food trucks and don’t forget tobring your chairs and blankets.

Jeanine added that the next night, Saturday, December17^th will be Harmony’s Annual Golf ChristmasParade. Everyone will meet near the active adult club in The Lakesat 5:30 PM.

There will be Christmas in the Harmony FL Town Square onDecember 24^th starting at 6:30 PM. Remember to bringyour own chairs. They will have flameless candles, cookies, hotcocoa, and coffee. This is a nice event with a great Christmasmessage for all who attend.
