We are almost a week postclosing on our Harmony home. There was a serious problem with the seller's title that he had to clear up, and of course, this issue came up at the 11th hour. When most real estate companies would have just left us hanging or convinced us to cut and run to another home, Jeanine and her team kept the faith along with us. They calmed me down when things seemed bleak and I was literally in tears, and they stayed on top of the title company to ensure that we would own the home of our dreams. We know we never would have had that experience somewhere else. The seller did his part, and the title was fixed. We now own this beautiful home, and we are making plans to make it our forever dream home. We are so excited about what the future is going to bring.
