In January of 2018 Jeanine Corcoran helped find the perfect home for us as we relocated from Idaho to Harmony, FL. As our realtor, she helped smooth the process of finding a home, negotiating a deal, financing and closing. Jeanine was the consummate professional from start to finish. On our first day in Florida, as we were driving from our hotel to perform the walk through on our new home, we were involved in a horrific car wreck. Our car was totaled, our cat ran away from the scene, and we ended up in the hospital. Jeanine became even more indispensable. As one of her agents rushed to the crash site, Jeanine headed to the emergency room to meet us. She called her local church, whose members unloaded our car and trailer, moved us into our home and provided us with food the next few days. She took us to lunch and then to an expedited closing. My first encounter with Ms. Eccles was when I contacted a realty office about an empty residential lot. She helped us, my son and I, put in an offer that was declined by the seller. As time went on we discovered the high impact fees in place in Lake County, Florida so we shifted our focus to an existing residential structure and asked her to be our buyer;s agent. She met us in Ocklawaha to walk through a HUD home that she helped us place a nonwinning bid on. She sent us numerous potential listing and searched diligently through new listings. We literally had hundreds of texts and emails between us in pursuit of a home. Repeatedly, homes we were interested in were snapped up by other individuals, mostly by investors or the contracts fell apart. December 27, 2018 my son closed on a home.
