NANCY KNOWS REAL ESTATE! As a first time home buyer Nancy was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable resource. I told her that I only had a month left until I needed to move, and the next day we were looking at homes. She was very persistent, and ultimately found us the perfect starter home. She saved us A TON OF MONEY in negotiations and did not relay the stresses of working with an extremely unprofessional owner/seller. Nancy knows this area like the back of her hand and has put us in touch with multiple professional services in Lake County, and her advice has continued even after the sale was complete.
