Jeanine has been a life saver. Jeanine guidance started months before 3311 Pond Pine was placed on the market. She graciously walked thru the house offering suggestions for making the home more marketable. Jeanine was prepared once the decision was made to place the house on the market with comps for our area, and suggestions on listing prices. Jeanine was more than a real estate agent, she was a coordinator of services, coach (because not many folks sell a house more than a few times in their lifetime) and mentor. At times she was just a sounding board whenever the process was a little overwhelming.” During this process Jeanine was ALWAYS professional. This is key, as there are times when the laws that guide real estate transactions do not make sense to a lay person, Jeanine was able to help me navigate thru this process in a seamless manner. Jeanine and Kristin spent a lot of time helping us to find our dream home and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Before we started working with Jeanine and Kristin, we worked with two other realtors who showed us properties that were out of our budget and pressured us into putting offers in on properties that we didn't like. When we found Jeanine, she told us to figure out what our preferences were (a living room big enough to fit our sectional, a garden tub, 23 bedrooms/2 bath, 1600+ square feet) and she signed us up for automatic email alerts for new listings in the zip codes that we were interested in moving to. When we caught a few that we liked, we would send her a list and she would set up times/dates for us to go look at those properties. She did not show us any properties that were out of our budget nor any properties with wood rot or major damages, which is why we did not want to go to anyone else. She really truly cared about finding something that was perfect for us and within our budget. Both Jeanine and Kristin made the time to show us properties on our schedule, even with my two jobs and my husband's three jobs. They also stayed up late to put our offers together to be submitted in time. They were both excellent at answering emails and phone calls in a timely manner and never gave us the runaround. We always felt like they had their stuff together and were very organized, and even kept in touch with our lender for us. After working with them for a year, Kristin showed us a property that we loved. We put an offer in, our offer was accepted, and now we're moved in and couldn't be happier! Kristin even came to the closing and helped to explain some of the jargon ahead of time so that there were no surprises. Their consideration didn't stop there. They recommended some really nice movers and also sent us a reminder to sign up for homestead exemption! Buying a home is a big deal, but we will never go to anyone else when we buy our next home. They took the time to understand us and treat us like family and that service is more valuable than any property we will buy.
