I first met Jen in February 2018 when looking to rent a home in Mt. Dora. I was returning to the US after living abroad for 32 years and I was on my own. My first encounter with Ms. Eccles was when I contacted a realty office about an empty residential lot. She helped us, my son and I, put in an offer that was declined by the seller. As time went on we discovered the high impact fees in place in Lake County, Florida so we shifted our focus to an existing residential structure and asked her to be our buyer;s agent. She met us in Ocklawaha to walk through a HUD home that she helped us place a nonwinning bid on. She sent us numerous potential listing and searched diligently through new listings. We literally had hundreds of texts and emails between us in pursuit of a home. Repeatedly, homes we were interested in were snapped up by other individuals, mostly by investors or the contracts fell apart. December 27, 2018 my son closed on a home.
