Absolute Pros! From the listing presentation through closing, Jeanine and The Corcoran Connection team showed us how indispensable it is to have top real estate professionals on your side. Selling a home with many unique features made it difficult for us to assess true market value. After interviewing several other real estate agents, we were more confused than ever. When we sat down with Jeanine and saw the extensive and detailed market analysis she put together, we knew immediately that we were on target. Jeanine and the Corcoran team quickly got our home listed with stunning photos, a drone video, and extensive descriptions on all of the major real estate sales sites. She regularly updated us with information on buyer observations, as well as ways we could continue to stimulate interest. She held special events such as a broker's update and reception with guest speakers and prizes. She held open houses each weekend to give us maximum exposure.
