Last month Donna helped me make a long time dream come true and facilitated the purchase of my first home. Above and Beyond. It was stressful selling my home in Florida while living in Washington state. Kris made it not only an easy and pain free experience, she went above and beyond helping me navigate everything necessary to ready it for market including finding and hiring professionals to make improvements to the home and also make sure things got done per the inspector's suggestions. That alone would have been very stressful for me to do from 3,000 miles away. Her professionalism made it easy for me to relax and know the sale was being handled in an appropriate manner. I don't think I would have been so handsoff with another realtor as Kris's character and integrity allowed me that comfort.
